The basis of Reishi liquid extract is the fine mushroom powder, which is processed into Reishi extract using a traditional hot water process. This releases the valuable polysaccharides from the chitin structure of the mushroom, making them more readily available to the body. All of our mushroom powders and extracts contain valuable minerals, trace elements, vitamins, polysaccharides, proteins, and fiber. By extracting the reishi, the desired ingredients are concentrated many times over compared to the powder. One teaspoon (~5 ml) is equivalent to approximately 10 extract capsules. Due to their form, liquid extracts are particularly easy to consume!
