Furthermore, the use of chemical preservatives is eliminated. To produce the powder, the Cordyceps is gently dried and ground using the shell-broken method. The result is a superfine medicinal mushroom powder with all natural components.

Extracts contain concentrated polysaccharides from the medicinal mushroom. A traditional extraction process separates the mushroom-specific polysaccharides from the chitin framework, making them more readily available to the body. Since the human body does not possess an enzyme (chitinase) to catalyze the degradation of chitin, a targeted extraction (removal) of the mushroom-specific polysaccharides from the chitin shell is advisable.
