Arthro 2 contains MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), an organic, biologically active sulfur compound, the main component of cartilage and connective tissue, green-lipped mussel powder with the ingredient glycosaminoglycans, chondroitin sulfate and grape seed extract with OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins).

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a natural sulfur compound found in some plants, meat, eggs, coffee, milk, and dairy products. It can also be synthesized in the body's metabolism from dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). In addition to MSM, glycosaminoglycans and chondroitin are other components of joints.

OPCs (oligomeric procyanidins) are naturally occurring substances in plants that belong to the group of polyphenols. They are extracted from grape seeds. Due to these special secondary plant compounds, grape seed extract is increasingly found in dietary supplements.

The selected amino acids L-lysine and L-proline are essential components of collagen.
