The carefully balanced combination of selected B vitamins, choline and myo-inositol supports particularly good absorption of the B vitamins by the body.

B vitamins are directly involved in various processes in the body and do not need to be converted beforehand.

The vitamin B complex is also often referred to as the "anti-stress" complex because it plays a key role in the central and peripheral nervous systems. These vitamins have another thing in common: they are components of enzymes called coenzymes, and therefore play an important role in various metabolic processes and, consequently, in energy production in our body. When our body has a stable nervous system and is charged with energy, this has a very positive effect on the immune system.

Thiamine (vitamin B1)Can be produced by the body's own intestinal bacteria, of course, only when these are present in sufficient quantities. The storage capacity of vitamin B1 is considered rather low at around 30 mg. It is therefore important that the body's stores are replenished daily. This vitamin is found primarily in whole grain cereals and unpolished rice. Thiamine acts as a coenzyme in many processes in the body. It contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, and normal psychological function.

Biotin (vitamin B7)is the coenzyme of carboxylases, which play important roles in fat, amino acid, and sugar metabolism. Biotin is synthesized only in small amounts in the body; the majority of the required amount is obtained through food. Biotin is found in organ meats (liver, kidney), oatmeal, nuts, milk, and eggs. Biotin contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.

Folic acid (vitamin B9)It is essential for the processes of cell division and thus for the formation of new cells, especially those of red and white blood cells. Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal psychological function.

Vitamin B12It is produced exclusively by bacteria, so it is practically absent from plant-based foods. In our body, this function is performed by our own intestinal bacteria. It is involved in the body's important methylation processes. It is therefore responsible for transferring methyl groups to molecules and various cell components. This process essentially activates reactions. Through this mechanism, vitamin B12 contributes, among other things, to normal energy metabolism, the normal function of the nervous system, the normal function of the immune system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Especially with B vitamins, it's important to note that a large portion of them can be lost at excessively high temperatures. Alcohol, caffeine, or certain medications such as contraceptives or PPIs (gastric protectors) can also reduce absorption.

Take 1 tablet daily with plenty of liquid.
