Myro Femin Capsules

Myro Femin is a phyto-preparationand contains the plant substances chasteberry, Tibetan mint and cinnamon in combination with Triphala, an Ayurvedic plant mixture composed of three myrobalan fruits: Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) and Amalaki (Emblica officinalis).

Myro Feminis a phyto-preparation containing the Indo-Asian medicinal plants Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica, and Phyllantus emblica in a 1:1:1 ratio. This mixture represents a basic formulation in Tibetan and Ayurvedic medicine, which, when combined with specially formulated plants, provides optimal support for premenstrual symptoms.

Terminalia chebulaContains anthraquinones, tannins, chebulic acid, phytosterols, resins, and numerous fatty oils. It is traditionally used to improve peripheral circulation, protect against bacteria, and act as an antioxidant.

Terminalia belliricais also rich in tannins and anthraquinones.

Phyllantus emblicacontains a lot of vitamin C. It also contains nicotinic acid, riboflavin, mucilaginous drugs, indoleacetic acid, procyanidin, lupeol, tannin, polyphenols, alkaloids and phyllantin.

chasteberryIt belongs to the mint family. It thrives in moist soils near rivers from northern India to the Mediterranean. The dried, ripe fruits, known as drupes, are used. It contains 0.15–1.8% essential oils of variable composition, including sabinene, 1,8-cineole, alpha-pinene, and beta-caryophyllene. Other ingredients include iridoid glycosides (aucubin, agnuside), flavonoids, casticin, polyphenols, and tannins. Chasteberry is traditionally used to reduce the unpleasant symptoms before menstruation.

mintTibetan peppermint belongs to the mint family and is thought to originate from East Asia. It has been cultivated since ancient times and prefers sunny locations and nutrient-rich, moist soils. There are numerous subspecies and varieties of this plant. The leaf drug has a very intense, aromatic scent and a spicy, aromatic, and cooling taste. Peppermint leaves contain 0.5–4% essential oil, the main components of which are menthol and 1,8-cineole. Other ingredients include Lamiaceae tannins (rosmarinic acid), flavonoids, triterpenes, and bitter compounds.

Ceylon cinnamonThe cinnamon tree belongs to the laurel family and is native to South and East Asia. It grows in deep, loose, and moist soils. Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices in the world. It first appears in a Chinese herbal book by Emperor Shen Nung around 2,700 BC. The innermost part of the bark is used, which makes production very complex. During the drying process, the originally light-colored bark (catechins) turns brownish-red (phlobabene). Cinnamon bark contains 0.5–2.5% essential oil. The main component is the characteristically smelling cinnamaldehyde (eugenol).
