It contains the plant extracts ginseng, coriander and black pepper combined with B vitamins, coenzyme Q10, choline, taurine and magnesium.

Stress refers to all physical and mental strains and reactions to these strains. Work, time pressure, conflicts, noise, illness, and excessive worry can all cause stress. During these times, it is especially important to support the body accordingly.

Mental Basis contains a range of B vitamins, as well as coenzyme Q10, phosphatidylcholine, taurine, magnesium and the plant extracts ginseng, coriander and black pepper.

The B vitamin group is found in both plant and animal foods. The exception is vitamin B12, which is not found in plant foods. Unlike other water-soluble B vitamins, it can be stored in the body.

All B vitamins serve as precursors for coenzymes. They are involved in many metabolic processes. For example, vitamin B6 supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism, riboflavin contributes to normal iron metabolism, and the vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, B6, B12, niacin, and pantothenic acid contribute to a functioning energy metabolism. B vitamins are therefore also referred to as the "engines of metabolism." Riboflavin and vitamin B6 also contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine, riboflavin, vitamins B6, B12, and niacin support the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Pantothenic acid is characterized by its contribution to normal mental performance.

The mineral magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and a functioning nervous system. Adequate magnesium intake ensures normal energy metabolism and protein synthesis. Magnesium also contributes to the maintenance of bones, teeth, and muscle function.

Coenzyme Q10 is found in the energy-producing "power plants" of the cells, the so-called mitochondria, of all living organisms. In every human cell, energy from food is converted into the body's own energy. Coenzyme Q10 is a substance naturally produced by the body, which is ingested with food but also produced within the body. However, under certain impairments of this synthesis, external supplementation becomes very important. The body's own production of coenzyme Q10 decreases with age.

Taurine is an amino acid that occurs in higher concentrations in the heart, brain and muscles.

Ginseng root has been used in Asia for centuries and contains valuable ingredients. Coriander and black pepper are primarily used as spices and also contain valuable ingredients.

Phosphatidylcholine is a component of phospholipids, which are structural components of cell membranes in the body.
