The basis of the Maitake liquid extract is the fine mushroom powder, which is further processed into Maitake extract using a traditional hot water method. This process releases the valuable polysaccharides from the mushroom's chitin structure, making them more readily available to the body.

Extracting the maitake mushroom concentrates the desired ingredients many times more than the powder. One teaspoon (approximately 5 ml) is equivalent to about 10 extract capsules. Due to their form, liquid extracts are particularly easy to consume!
