The basis of Hericium liquid extract is the fine mushroom powder, which is further processed into Hericium extract using a traditional hot water process. This releases the valuable polysaccharides from the chitin structure of the mushroom, making them more readily available to the body. All of our mushroom powders and extracts contain valuable minerals, trace elements, vitamins, polysaccharides, proteins, and fiber. By extracting the Hericium odoriferum, the desired ingredients are approximately 20 times more concentrated than in the powder. One teaspoon (~5 ml) corresponds to approximately 10 extract capsules. Due to their shape, liquid extracts are particularly easy to consume!

The Hericium is also called monkey head mushroom or hedgehog beard.
