HAWLIK Organic Auricularia Extract + Powder Capsules combine high-quality Auricularia extract with natural Auricularia powder in a convenient capsule. The vital mushroom Auricularia auricula-judae, also known as wood ear or Mu-Err, is one of the most traditional edible and vital mushrooms worldwide.

For production, HAWLIK exclusively uses Auricularia fruiting bodies from controlled organic cultivation. After harvesting, the mushrooms are gently processed to best preserve their natural ingredients.

The combination of extract and powder unites the special features of both dosage forms: The finely ground powder contains the natural spectrum of mushroom ingredients, while the extract provides concentrated mushroom-typical polysaccharides through a traditional process. This results in a high-quality food supplement with a broad spectrum of natural ingredients.

Auricularia naturally contains beta-glucans and other polysaccharides, which are among the characteristic components of high-quality vital mushrooms. In addition, the mushroom has a natural content of iron, potassium, and magnesium and contains other mushroom-specific compounds such as lectins and the Auricularia biopolymer.

For the powder, the fruiting body is gently dried and finely ground using the Shellbroken process. The extract is obtained through a traditional extraction process, in which the valuable polysaccharides are dissolved and concentrated from the chitin structure of the mushroom.
