The Agaricus mushroom is one of the highest-quality edible mushrooms. Its biovital density is optimal, with minerals, trace elements, and high-quality amino acids. Furthermore, it has the highest polysaccharide content of any medicinal mushroom.

This edible mushroom, which, like the button mushroom, belongs to the Agaricus family, originally comes from Brazil and has been cultivated there for about 35 years. In Europe, and especially in Germany, the mushroom is still completely unknown.
