Saskia Street by Ridder

Born in 1974, she is a naturopathic practitioner and has been working with holistic healing methods in women's health since 2016. Since 2019, she has run her own practice for women's and naturopathy in Munich. As an expert in hormonal disorders, she offers phytotherapy, acupuncture, and homeopathic treatments, among others. She is particularly interested in native medicinal plants and their traditional uses. It is important to her to more openly address women's issues such as cycle knowledge, female sexuality, menopause, and the unfulfilled desire to have children, as these are still far too often taboo. In addition to her practice, she also speaks on these topics in interviews, workshops, and lectures. She writes articles and contributions, including for the women's magazine "ELLE" and various specialist journals.

Claudia Rieß

has been a passionate journalist, columnist, and author for 20 years, working for publications including "Apotheken Umschau," "Baby und Familie," "Brigitte Balance," and "FOCUS Gesundheit." She was deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine "Psychologies" (Madame Verlag) and editor-in-chief of the naturopathy magazine "Natur & Heilen." She conceived the health magazine "Professor Dietrich Grönemeyer" and authored and ghost-written several health guides. One of her key areas of focus is nutrition, which is why she trained as a certified nutritionist and has been advising women on their individual issues ever since.
